Steve Doolittle’s spiritual and career paths merged when he found Astara. Looking for a way to express growing spiritual beliefs in his employment, Steve left behind a background in broadcasting and advertising and began working at Astara in 1990. Along with his job experience, a personal interest in computers and electronics provided a mix of skills that were a good match for Astara’s needs.
Over the years, Steve has written and spoken about spirituality, as well as helped organize spiritual tours to sites all over the world. He was ordained by Astara in a ceremony on the Sea of Galilee in 1997. Of his time with Astara, Steve says, “It has been much more than a job or career to me. It has been more of a personal passion.”
