IN MEMORY:
Fred Stewart, March 3, 1941 - March 26, 2009
Fred first joined Astara’s staff in 1971. He had been a student of Astara’s
Book of Life Degree Lessons since 1956 when he was offered
a position by Dr. Robert Chaney. Fred relocated from
Miami,
Florida for the job at Astara’s Los Angeles
headquarters.
Since
originally joining Astara’s staff Fred served in many
different areas, from processing mail to administrative
management. After many years of ministerial service, Fred was
ordained by Astara in 2007. As a member of Astara’s
ministerial staff, he most recently facilitated Sunday Services,
worked with prayer petitions and coordinated special service
music. Fred was an accomplished musician and Astara greatly benefited from his talent and experience throughout the years.
Fred had
strong feelings about his position with Astara. “I feel that
it is a great honor and special privilege to be a team member
of Astara’s dedicated Lightworkers.”
While we know Fred is still working with us from the Higher Dimensions, his physical presence among us will be greatly missed.
