Distributors:
       Authorized distributors qualify for 55% discount on all orders

Retailers and Qualifying Nonprofit Organizations:
       1 to 49 copies -- 40% discount
       50 or more -- 50% discount

Titles may be combined for discount. Review copies are always available.

Non-expedited shipping is free on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Non-expedited shipping is free on orders of more than $250 for all other countries. All other orders are subject to shipping charges — which vary by weight.

All wholesale orders are shipped USPS book rate within the U.S. unless otherwise requested. Orders to Canada are shipped PRINTED MATTER or PARCEL POST INSURED. Shipments to all other countries are shipped PRINTED MATTER rate.
